On November 6, 2024, at the Pampa Sriramasaketam Hall, a review meeting on Sabarimala pilgrim arrangements was led by the Honorable Minister of Transport. During the meeting, the Transport Department recommended that the online booking for KSRTC services be made available on the official Sabarimala Virtual Queue Booking website. This integration aims to support pilgrims with hassle-free transportation options and significantly improve their travel planning for the Sabarimala pilgrimage.

This new service allows pilgrims to pre-book their journey on KSRTC buses through the same site where they book their virtual queue slots. The Padmanabhaswamy temple is located in Trivandrum, Kerala. This is a Hindu temple devoted to Lord Vishnu. The temple is presently run by a trust controlled by the royal family of Travancore.
